how to detect lies

For the past weeks I've been experiencing a lot of stories from close people about certain people lying to them and them having troubles proving the lies or knowing if the person is actually lying so to shed a bit of light for them I kinda had the itch to browse online for this "how to detect lies here are some example's from the site

Body Language of Lies:
• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.

• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.

• Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.

Interactions and Reactions
• A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.

• A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.

• A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc.) between themselves and you.

Book comment

Just finished reading "The Perks of being a wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky I really enjoyed reading this book because It read out like a diary of somebody, loved it because the main character Charlie always appreciated every single thing in his life,his family his friends and even the people that does not even connect to him that much even though he was suffering from some kind of psychological trauma because of the death of her beloved aunt Helen..I almost cried at some part because the story was so touching. it makes you feel not so lonely within this unfair world of ours..I saw how the world revolved around another persons point of view and made me feel special too. I heard they are actually making a movie about this I just hope that they do good and not change on how the story was told.. it made me want to know more about that person (Charlie) and am really happy for him because of how the story ended(sigh). Thanks to my best friend (Sophie)for letting me borrow this book of hers I must say she knows how to pick novels.. thanks best

even though sometimes, you don't want to wear a mask, you need to,Why? may you ask.
From my opinion people will not accept you for who you are they may accept you eventually but not immediately.. So, In order for you to survive within the harsh world that is built only for the fit, powerful and blessed. one must wear a mask at all times in order to protect oneself from the reality of life.

I am proud to say that, I am now able to wear different masks for certain people, in order to be accepted and respected. but I am so thankful that even with the masks I wear,the close ones that I cherish the most are able to see right through it.. with that I know that even with the ones I wear they are still able to accept me. that is why it always pains me to know, that even with the traits that I possess because of my position in life and the few things that I can offer it is still hard to show my real self, not just because I want to be wanted, but also because it's one of the things I need to do to keep my pride and dignity at bay.

bats are almost the same as birds yet some people have never manage to accept their beauty unlike the birds who've had the privilege of being born with beauty and the acceptance because of their position and benefit in life.

Fun time with my Best

Body aches! stomach so full, can't eat another bite, until an hour of course. All of a sudden I just wanted to thank my best for still being herself and not changing for the past years. again I've noticed the unfairness of life maybe just a bit. due to my best's experiences, I've noticed that with all the care that she gives, she only receives half or sometimes none at all. My best as shown in the picture, is the utter opposite of me, being able to withstand hard trials, and not fall, rise against her rivals and of course usually achieves her goals. I am utterly proud of her cause she has managed to prove to many that even though they doubt and belittle her she is an utter wonder woman! She is also one of the people I look up to, a while ago while we were at the gym she suddenly had the urge to go eat dinner out at a nice pares house with me and her husband(pares there is one of the best! rice is utterly in a bowl not cup,almost could not finish my second bowl but I did it)so as usual I scolded her cause she is currently on a diet,but after her excuse I was defeated and the excuse was one of her simple pleasures in life is seeing her beloved husband eat and enjoy food..(haiz kilig moment hahaha..)Like I said a while ago my best has always been kind and loving and that's why I always love being around her. by the way shes been giving me the best summer vacation right now, dragging me to museums, events(God even makeup sessions) and showing me new foods that I very much!!! like. that is why sometimes, even with the unfairness of life I still manage to survive, because of people who show me that Life even though unfair is worth living

couldn't sleep kept thingking how the hell did our electric bill kick up to 5k we don't even own a freaking aircon so tried the M.A.C. of meralco and even though it was unbelievable couldn't expect that the computer had high amount if used for 10 hours a day so from now on less T.V. and less P.C. usage..
