Comic Browsing

For the past years I've been fond of reading comic books and novels. I've enjoyed the entertainment they bring. The most exciting thing that I usually await is the release of Pinoy made comic's I love it when i see an artwork that is made by filipino with a twist of foreign art. it give's excitement to me whenever I see or read something that is related to the country and so for the past I have managed to read some interesting Pinoy made comics naming them would be Culture Crash,Neo Epics Comics, and the latest one that I have manage to read Trese. Though sometimes it pains me to see that some of these comics only stay for awhile unfinished,yet I am still happy to know that many filipino still enjoy the art of making comics I just wish that more Filipino would appreciate them, so that they can actually stay longer and have an ending. This thought suddenly came in to my mind when I saw an artwork that was made by a filipino but manage to infiltrate a japanese manga site Novus Karma by Kevin Libranda never expeted that this artwork was pinoy made because of the artwork though it had some downfall with some stuff but hey the guy sure is a talented person when it comes to his art I just hope that he gets more readers so that the comic can stay and end properly.

What will you do if wishes do come true

Did it ever happened that you wished for something so impossible that when it happened you never had the chance to actually grab it because you yourself believe that it was too good to be true.

Do the plank

People these days have managed to have weird ways of making trends for their own entertainment, it's weird cause it's out right
nonsense yet it can be both entertaining and funny at times(specially, when someone that you know actually did it). One certain example of the outrageous trends that I've just recently noticed is the so called "Planking". When I first heard about it from my brother, the first thing that came into my mind was the actual "Planking" exercise, wherein you hold your body in a push up like position and your elbow should actually support the whole of the body.

But of course my brother was'nt referring to this sort of "Planking", he was referring to the funny yet no sense planking, no sense because you just do it for no reason but to look awkwardly funny. When they started doing these so called Planking, I ended up saying "what your doing is pointless,you just look really stupid" (parang wala naman kakuwenta kuwenta yung ginagawa niyo,para lang kayong mga tanga), my brother then replied to me "thats the point of it, you need to look stupid, but you need to be in that position"(yun nga yun, dapat mukha kang tanga pero kailangan nakaganung position). after their so called planking photo session, I could'nt help but noticed the really funny outcome. Since a friend of mine was the actual person who did it I can't help but laugh for an hour.this is the plank that they manage to do as of now which really made me laugh.

how to detect lies

For the past weeks I've been experiencing a lot of stories from close people about certain people lying to them and them having troubles proving the lies or knowing if the person is actually lying so to shed a bit of light for them I kinda had the itch to browse online for this "how to detect lies here are some example's from the site

Body Language of Lies:
• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.

• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.

• Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.

Interactions and Reactions
• A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.

• A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.

• A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc.) between themselves and you.

Book comment

Just finished reading "The Perks of being a wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky I really enjoyed reading this book because It read out like a diary of somebody, loved it because the main character Charlie always appreciated every single thing in his life,his family his friends and even the people that does not even connect to him that much even though he was suffering from some kind of psychological trauma because of the death of her beloved aunt Helen..I almost cried at some part because the story was so touching. it makes you feel not so lonely within this unfair world of ours..I saw how the world revolved around another persons point of view and made me feel special too. I heard they are actually making a movie about this I just hope that they do good and not change on how the story was told.. it made me want to know more about that person (Charlie) and am really happy for him because of how the story ended(sigh). Thanks to my best friend (Sophie)for letting me borrow this book of hers I must say she knows how to pick novels.. thanks best
